Rob graduated from Newcastle Dental School in 1992 and Newcastle Medical School in 1999. Rob became a Maxillofacial Consultant in 2009 in Sunderland and South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust, specialising oral and Maxillo facial surgery with interests in orthognathic surgery, sialendoscopy, TMJ surgery, oral surgery and implant rehabilitation.
Rob has been involved in all aspects of implantology since 1993 including training, education and lecturing. He is able to provide all aspects of implant dentistry as well as bone augmentation and sinus lifting; he has a particular interest in immediate loading and function of implants and zygomatic implants. These interests have come together in the provision of ‘All-on-4® Treatment Concept’ giving teeth in a day. Rob is able to provide full mouth reconstruction where there is insufficient bone for conventional implants.
